The Big Sing Christmas Carols 2025

🎶🎄 Join the Fitzroy community for The Big Sing, a spirited and unconventional take on Christmas carolling that has been lighting up Fitzroy’s streets since 2000. This free event invites everyone, no matter your singing ability, to follow the leader and “sing it like you mean it”.

While festive carols feature, there will be a mix of crowd favourites like She’ll Be Coming ’Round the Mountain and The Gambler. With hundreds of locals joining each year, it’s one of the most unique things to do in Fitzroy this festive season. Funds raised during the event support causes promoting art and culture for disadvantaged communities.

Bring your voice, your enthusiasm and your festive spirit for a night of music and camaraderie! 

Location: The Big Sing starts at The Napier Hotel, Napier Street, Fitzroy on Saturday 20 December at 6 PM.
