Deutsche Schule Melbourne (DSM) German Christmas Market 2025

Kicking off Fitzroy’s festive season is the much-loved Deutsche Schule Melbourne German Christmas Market, returning on Friday 28 November 2025 from 5 pm to 9 pm. This annual fundraiser brings together Melbourne’s German community, school families, alumni and locals for an evening of Glühwein, Bratwurst and festive cheer. Visitors can browse Christmas-themed gift stalls, enjoy live music, sample gingerbread and other traditional baked goods, and soak up the lively atmosphere over mulled wine, pretzels and German beer. With limited parking, organisers encourage everyone to arrive by public transport and join in this joyful start to the holiday season.
